Ever Considered Bringing Your Instructor to School?

We are one of the only schools that offer a Show N’ Tell program. What we do is when your child has a show and tell at school we allow them to bring an instructor to school. We put the spotlight on your child, not ourselves. Our instructor will bring pads to hit and boards to break. The demo will last about 5 minutes. We will then speak to the class about life skills. This is time for your child to shine in front of their classmates.

Why Celebrate with Us?

  • At Success Martial Arts Center, we want kids to have a great time on their birthday. Below you will find all the information you need to plan your child's party. If you have any questions, please feel free to call.

  • We provide a group Martial Arts Lesson for all who attend the party. This is a fun filled class with the Birthday Party Child being the Star of the Show. All guests will receive a Free Trial Program just for attending the Party (provided they are not already students of the Martial Arts Studio).

  • Fun games and events will be done at the party such as ninja ball, Taekwondo says, or whatever the Birthday boy/girl wants to do (within reason).

  • We have many games that we play, and we give the Birthday person and guests the choice. We structure the games based on the age of the attendees. Whether the student is 4 or 14 we have the right games for them. They always have fun!

Structure of the Party

  • Beginning of the Party - The party usually starts with Set Up beginning 15-30 minutes prior to starting time.

  • It usually takes the guests approximately 10 to 15 minutes to show up and get ready to start.
  • A highly qualified black belt instructor will teach for 15 to 20 minutes depending on the children.

  • We then play games for the rest of the hour.
  • The children usually then eat birthday cake/and or pizza.

  • The birthday cake is cut by the birthday boy/girl (with help from instructor) with a samurai sword.
  • After the cake, the children sit around the Birthday Boy or Girl while he/she opens their presents. (optional)
  • After the presents it is usually time to go home, but if time is left, we play more games.

Price of Birthday Party

Package One: $150

  • This price includes up to 30 kids. You must provide a list of all children that will possibly attend the party. It is very important that we get this list a few days prior to the party. We must have permission slips from each child who is attending the party. This party lasts for 1.5 hours.

  • We provide table clothes, plates, forks, and napkins.

  • You bring the cake/pizza and drinks (we recommend juice boxes).

Package Two: $200

  • This price includes up to 30 kids. You must provide a list of all children that will possibly attend the party. It is very important that we get this list a few days prior to the party. We must have permission slips from each child who is attending the party. This party lasts for 2 hours.

  • We provide table clothes, plates, forks, napkins, and three large pizzas.

  • We send out martial arts invitations with your supplied addresses.

Birthday Party FAQ

How do I schedule a Success Martial Arts birthday party?

    It's easy! Just give us a call and we'd be happy to reserve your special day and time! For your convenience, you can also request a date online.

Is a deposit required?

    A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. The balance is due and payable on the day of your party.

How many guests can I invite?

    You may invite up to 30 guests. The birthday child and all adults(18 and over) are not included in the guest count. Siblings do count as guests.

What if I have more than 30 guests?

    Additional guests are welcome! There is a $10 charge per additional guest over thirty. If you are inviting more than thirty guests, please let us know at least 7 days prior to the date of your party.

What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?

    We ask that you and your guests arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party to allow time for setting up.

Do I need to stay at the party?

    The party host is required to stay at the party. Other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the fun!

Is each guest, including adults, required to have a completed/signed

waiver?

    For insurance purposes, all guests must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent/guardian. For your convenience, family members aged 17 years or younger may be included on the same waiver. Additional waivers are available at Success Martial Arts Center.

Will I be wearing socks/shoes?

    Before stepping on the martial arts training mats, all guests will remove their shoes. Socks may be worn if desired.

Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products at the party?

    You’re welcome to use your own decorations and/or paper products.

Do you provide party room set up and clean up?

    Absolutely! We’re happy to set up the party room just the way you want it and clean up afterwards.

Can I bring food to my party?

    Yes! All foods and/or non-alcoholic drinks are permitted. Pizza is a popular choice for ease of delivery and cleanup.

Are there any additional items I need to bring to the party?

    We recommend you bring the cake, candles, lighter, and camera of course!

What if I need to reschedule my party?

    Simply call us and we will reschedule the party. There is no fee to reschedule.
